1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ReachShot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Voice Cloning Consent

ReachShot clones your voice using AI to generate personalized outreach videos. By accepting these terms, you expressly consent to:

• Voice cloning of your own voice using the base video you record.
• Using your cloned voice to synthesize audio containing the names and company names of your prospects, as configured by you.
• ReachShot storing your voice model for the duration of your account.

Your cloned voice is used exclusively for outreach you configure. We will never use your voice to generate content you did not explicitly approve. You may revoke this consent at any time in Settings, which will delete your voice model and disable further personalized video generation.

3. Authenticity Principle

ReachShot is built on the principle that your prospects are hearing your real voice say their real name. We only clone the authenticated user's own voice, never impersonate others, and never fabricate claims the sender did not approve. Misuse of the platform to impersonate others or generate deceptive content is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your profile, workspace data, voice model, and all generated content. Consent audit records are retained for legal compliance purposes.
